Amanda Kondrotas is the director of solution strategy specializing in talent management for SHL's Americas business. She has been with SHL for 15 years and values the opportunity to provide hands-on strategic guidance to help customers grow, transform, and mobilize workforces. She has worked extensively with executives and business leaders to design and refine the strategy to ensure alignment to talent management programs such as succession planning, HIPO, leader development, and workforce insight studies. Kondrotas received her doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Marlene Dunne has been consulting for more than 25 years. She has an 22-year history with SHL and currently serves as director, solutions design within the Americas region. She has extensive experience in the development and implementation of assessment programs for the purposes of high-potential identification and development. During her impressive tenure with SHL, she has done considerable work in leadership development with senior executives and managers to include assessment, feedback, coaching, and development planning. She specializes in the customization and adaptation of assessment systems and tools for specific local environments and has partnered with international colleagues to localize and manage a number of multi-national assessment programs across the Americas and Europe. Dunne earned her master of arts in personality and social psychology from Rhode Island College and earned her doctorate in applied psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology where she received the Gaudet Award for best doctoral dissertation in applied psychology.
Melon is the Head of HR for Amazon Web Services partners and channels worldwide. Prior to joining Amazon’s AWS, Melon served as the Global HR Vice President for Offerings, Industries and Corporate Functions at DXC Technology. During Melon’s tenure with DXC, she led the integration of several acquisitions, redesigned resource management processes, and led organizational redesign initiatives including offshoring. Prior to DXC, Melon served as the Chief HR Officer for the Wills Group working directly for the CEO and the executive team where she transformed HR including building the company’s first Talent Acquisition and Learning Organization. Melon has held other senior HR and consulting roles with Boeing, PwC and Standard and Poor’s.
Yeshoalul, who received her bachelor of science in sociology from the State University of New York, Buffalo, is from Ethiopia but grew up in New York City. She is currently based in Northern Virginia but still calls New York home. She has been married to her husband, Mekre, for 13 years and together they have two sons.
