Melon is the Head of HR for Amazon Web Services partners and channels worldwide. Prior to joining Amazon’s AWS, Melon served as the Global HR Vice President for Offerings, Industries and Corporate Functions at DXC Technology. During Melon’s tenure with DXC, she led the integration of several acquisitions, redesigned resource management processes, and led organizational redesign initiatives including offshoring. Prior to DXC, Melon served as the Chief HR Officer for the Wills Group working directly for the CEO and the executive team where she transformed HR including building the company’s first Talent Acquisition and Learning Organization. Melon has held other senior HR and consulting roles with Boeing, PwC and Standard and Poor’s.
