You run a program and, as a result, productivity improves. But what is that improvement really worth? Here’s where ROI comes in. While ROI has a long history of use, it remains one of the most misunderstood and misrepresented metrics in the learning and development data dictionary. During this webcast, you will learn what ROI is, what it is not, and how to make it work. Join Patti Phillips, CEO and president of ROI Institute, as she describes ROI and the ROI Methodology. Building on her most recent publication, ROI Basics, 2nd Edition, Patti will help you understand:

• why it is as important today as it has ever been to embrace ROI
• how to calculate the ROI and its sister metrics, the benefit-cost ratio, and payback period
• what ROI can do for you.
