The path to implementing change in an organization isn’t always smooth. On the way, you run into frequent speed bumps, wrong way signs, and even concrete barriers. These road hazards on the way to change are obstacles that prevent you from moving forward. Despite your best intentions, you and your change initiative can get stuck.

In this webcast, you will learn the warning signs that your change initiative is stalled, and identify some of the root causes that may be preventing the organization from making progress. We will also discuss what you can do to get unstuck, and how to avoid getting stuck in the first place. As founder of Enclaria LLC, Heather Stagl helps individuals and teams to push the boulder uphill at work. She provides a number of resources for those who need to influence change at work, including individual coaching, team workshops, and training. Heather is a blogger and radio host of "The Change Agent's Dilemma: How to Influence Change Without Authority" on BlogTalkRadio.

Heather is also the author of 99 Ways to Influence Change and a change management toolkit called the Irresistible Change Guide: Design & Influence Change Without Getting Stuck. She has implemented a wide variety of strategic initiatives as an internal change agent, including IT systems, a process improvement program, and strategy execution with the Balanced Scorecard. She was the director of organizational effectiveness at The Jel Sert Company, a mid-size food manufacturer headquartered in the Chicago suburbs. After moving to Atlanta, she conducted a two-year working group program on strategy execution at Balanced Scorecard Collaborative.

Heather holds a BS in industrial engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA in leadership and change management from DePaul University. She completed coach training at The Coaches Training Institute, and was the 2011 Chair of the Organization Change Alliance in Atlanta.

Heather lives with her husband and two children in Alpharetta, Georgia.
