Dr. Tanya Boyd is Global Learning Architect for Insights Learning and Development. Tanya has been an organizational development consultant as well as a facilitator and university professor. Tanya has co-authored several published articles on learning from experience, and contributed to a book on leadership published by the Center for Creative Leadership. Tanya’s current area of research, writing, and speaking is awareness, where she seeks to demonstrate the impact of awareness on learning and performance, and to share awareness activators to help individuals, teams, leaders, and organizations achieve valued outcomes.
