There are a few tried and tested core principles for effective leadership development that are often assumed to be universally true, but we also know that in most situations one size does not fit all. How a leader chooses to lead will have a lasting effect on a business and their leadership brand. What would it look like if we considered individual differences when assessing and developing effective leaders?

During this event, you will learn:

  • Examples of individual differences that are likely to affect effectiveness of leadership development initiatives
  • Common approaches to leadership development, overlaid with the lens of individual differences
  • A framework for considering individual differences that can enhance any approach to leadership development
