Victoria Nelson is the Learning & Development Strategist for the Statistical Center for HIV/AIDS Research and Prevention (SCHARP) at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. She partners with leadership and key stakeholders to design and deploy learning and development solutions in support of strategic goals. She has over 13 years’ experience working in learning and development, with a focus on technical training, leadership development, onboarding, and organizational development initiatives.
Victoria obtained the APTD credential in 2018 and then went on to obtain the CPTD in 2020 as part of the pilot cohort for the new certification exam. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Seattle University and will complete it in 2024.
