Ali Agha has delivered professional development and learning solutions in areas covering leadership, strategy, and risk for organizations including Al-Jazeera Network, Equate (one of Dow Chemical’s international joint ventures), Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, Qatar Petroleum, and Saudi Chevron. Working across industries and cultures, Ali brings diversity of thought and catalyzes cross-fertilization of ideas and concepts to help organizations expand their capacity to meet objectives and enhance value.

After college, Ali worked for Air Products and Chemicals where he took a number of different assignments and ran application engineering support for customers including Intel and Applied Materials in Silicon Valley. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Rochester and Lehigh University, respectively.
