Our world is far too complex for any one model to explain it. Eclectic and pragmatic, decision leadership relies on a diverse toolkit of models and narratives, rather than a single account of events or a polarizing view of the world. In this webcast, participants will learn ten strategies - or guideposts - for decision leadership. The presenter will describe straightforward action items to help participants prioritize next steps and guard against the perils of various decision making traps. Providing a steadying influence, those guideposts can help decision leaders validate assumptions, verify the need for course corrections, and support learning at all levels.

During this session, the presenter will discuss:

  • The six pillars of leadership capital
  • Decision making traps, personal bias, and groupthink
  • How to maintain perspective and balance in decision making by consulting the guideposts of decision leadership
