Ms. Rajkamal Vempati is Head - Human Resources, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, the largest private sector general insurance company in India.

She has worked extensively in the areas of recruitment, competency design, compensation and learning and development. At ICICI Lombard, she has worked on building the leadership and knowledge depth through an integrated framework comprising of learning roadmap, reward management and leadership culture interventions. The talent development initiative at ICICI Lombard under her leadership won the ASTD (American Society of Training and Development) BEST Award in 2011 & 2012. She is also a member of CII (Western Region) Human Resource & Training Committee.

Prior to ICICI Lombard, as the Senior Vice President in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, she was heading Corporate HR responsible for rewards and performance management, training and talent management. She started her career with Hewitt Associates as a compensation consultant post which she joined the global HR Leadership Program in GE Capital.

Rajkamal is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and is the recipient of several academic and professional awards including "Young Achiever Award" in Asia's Best Employer Brand Awards and "Women Super Achiever" by the World HRD Congress.
