Wendy Farrell is an e-learning consultant with more than 18 years of experience in the training industry. At Lionbridge, Wendy helps define client global learning solutions and prepares teams to implement instructional development projects. During her career, Wendy has managed the design and development of corporate e-learning curricula, including an 80-course library for Novations Group, Inc. In addition, she has presented for CLO Magazine, South by Southwest, TechLearn, Online Learning, Learnshare, ISPI, and SALT conferences, and her award-winning work includes the Ford web course Global 8D, which won a Gold Medal in the Brandon Hall Awards program. She has worked on numerous e-learning projects for clients such as Microsoft, Motorola, General Motors, Cisco, Ford Motor Company, Siemens, Pratt & Whitney, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Wendy has a master’s degree in instructional design and educational technology.

As a member of the Lionbridge Life Sciences Senior Management Team, Eric is responsible for leading and developing the Global Regulatory Solutions (GRS) business unit internationally.

Over the past decade, Eric has assisted many of the world's leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies in successfully creating and implementing a wide range of strategic learning programs globally (from sales to ERP).

Working across the Americas, Europe, and Asia contributed to his expertise and appreciation for international cultures and languages.
