Marjorie Derven is founder of HUDSON Research & Consulting (www.hudsonrc.com) and currently serves as Chair, T+D Editorial Board. She has over 20 years of experience in consulting, competency model development, training and organizational research. Marjorie has published over a dozen articles on a range of topics, including management on-boarding, matrix management, shared services, social networking, remote leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, competency models, performance management and technology and is a frequent presenter at global conferences.
Jennifer Naughton is the Senior Director of Competencies & Credentialing at ASTD. She led ASTD's most recent competency model effort and also launched ASTD CI’s Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP®) certification program. She is a people systems architect with more than 20 years of experience in consulting, competency model development, and personnel selection and assessment research. She is passionate about finding innovative and progressive solutions to address human resource and training challenges in organizations. Jennifer has a Master’s in Human Resource Development from GWU and is a recognized Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
