Ericka Elliott is a Sr. Solution Manager with AchieveGlobal. Her primary role is to work with client organizations to manage and implement strategic solutions, blended workflow learning solutions and global learning initiatives. Ericka's role as a solution manager blends her expertise in project management, training solution implementation and strategic sustainment planning. She has more than 10 years in project management experience and has spent the last 8 years performing not only as a strategic project manager, but also as consultant for successful training implementations and behavior change initiatives.

Ericka has partnered with a diverse group of organizations including Wal-Mart, Samsung, Morgan Stanley, and American Airlines to ensure that their multi-million dollar learning and development projects were planned and executed in a way that maximized learning effectiveness and had an impact business results.

As a Sr. Solution Manager Ericka has demonstrated the analytical and organizational skills required to plan and organize multiple facets of complex performance improvement project; including outlining the training solution, defining goals and objectives, delegating tasks, coordinating resources and managing budgets and timelines. Her area of expertise extends from the facilitation of strategic project management to designing customized sustainment plans to maximize learning effectiveness. Ericka has extensive experience managing large, global implementations and specializes in blended learning solutions.

Ericka's professional experience includes a wide-ranging employment background where she has held project management, business analyst and sales roles at Mellon Financial Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, and Hewlett-Packard. Before joining AchieveGlobal in 2005 she held the position of Field Sales Analyst with American Express.

Ericka began her undergraduate studies at Bryn Mawr College and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Chatham College. She also holds a Microsoft Project Specialist certificate and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

Seleste Lunsford, based in Tampa, Florida, is AchieveGlobal's Director of Delivery,

In this capacity, she manages AchieveGlobal's world-class training and consulting force. This team is responsible for performance improvement consulting, instructor-led training and virtual delivery - dazzling over 35,000 learners each year.

Day- to-day responsibilities in this role include:

  • Creating the strategy and vision for the Delivery function.
  • Enhancing the Professional Services provided to AchieveGlobal customers
  • Selecting and developing trainers, consultants and training managers.
  • Designing solutions to address specific client business issues.
  • Conducting industry research around world-class training delivery and performance improvement consulting.
  • Designing new ways to implement training effectively.

In prior positions, Ms. Lunsford worked as an Executive Consultant for AchieveGlobal specializing in sales effectiveness and customer experience. She has managed a multi-million dollar portfolio of sales effectiveness products and services - leading all market analysis, product development, and sales force education activities. She has also worked as a Senior Consultant in the payments industry, helping global banks manage customer experiences over multiple delivery channels.In a sales effectiveness capacity, Ms. Lunsford has led sales transformation projects for clients including:

  • Organizational sales assessment - designing and prioritizing sales effectiveness initiatives based on gap and cause analysis.
  • Sales process mapping - identification of key goals, activities and measures needed to deploy a consistently used, customer-focused sales process.
  • Development of sales coaching systems - creating tools and processes needed to embed a coaching culture within results-oriented organizations.
  • Sales training implementation support - building communications and creating reinforcement plans to support sales force development.

Seleste has contributed to numerous articles in a variety of publications, including SellingPower, Entrepreneur Magazine, DestinationCRM, Chief Learning Officer, HR.com, PharmaVoice and more. She has co-authored the books Secrets of Top Performing Salespeople (McGraw Hill 2003) and Strategies that Win Sales (Dearborn 2005).

Ms. Lunsford earned an MBA degree from Florida State University, where she also earned a B.S. degree in Physics.
