Marjorie Derven is founder of HUDSON Research & Consulting (www.hudsonrc.com) and currently serves as chair of T+D magazine's Editorial Board. She has more than 20 years of experience in consulting with many industries, including consumer products, pharmaceuticals, energy, financial services, and food and beverage companies, collaborating to deliver effective, customized solutions for D&I, competency model development, training, and organizational research. Marjorie has published more than a dozen articles on a range of topics, including management onboarding, leadership development, matrix management, D&I, shared services, social networking, and competency models and is a frequent presenter at global conferences.
Trevor Gandy is senior vice president, chief diversity officer at Chubb Insurance, reporting to the company’s chairman. Trevor is responsible for developing and implementing a diversity strategy that fosters innovation and market leadership. He works closely with Chubb’s senior leadership and employee resource groups to ensure that the company is viewed by its employees, customers, and partners worldwide as an inclusive organization that promotes and leverages the business value of diversity. Trevor also serves on Chubb's Administrative Committee and Corporate Responsibility Task Force and has been profiled in numerous publications. He is a member of The Conference Board Council of U.S. Diversity & Inclusion Executives, the National Council for Research on Women Corporate Circle Advisory Board, and the Center for Work Life Policy Task Force for Talent Innovation.
Nancy Di Dia has more than 25 years of experience in overall general management, diversity, inclusion, and engagement practices in corporate America. Her role as Executive Director & Chief Diversity Officer at Boehringer Ingelheim has been a successful journey with significant contributions to advancing the D&I strategy. She has national responsibility for diversity, inclusion, and engagement, reaching more than 12,000 employees in the U.S. Nancy also is an executive and life coach and has achieved her Professional Coaching Certification through the International Coaching Federation. In 2011, she was awarded The Most Powerful and Influential Woman by the Tri-State Diversity Council.
