When the going gets tough, organizations tend to lessen their focus on learning initiatives. But this is when leaders are eager to improve their team performance to get more from less. It is times such as these when learning practitioners have to bring innovative practices that retain the learning agenda in the organization — practices that decrease the costs and demands on time, while keeping engagement high. This presentation brings together some of the key challenges and possible formats that can address this challenge by drawing from the initiatives attempted within an enterprise going through a tough situation.
