Mr. Tarter has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager with extensive experience in regulatory and environmental issues. He is an expert on the International building, fire and mechanical codes, and NFPA requirements relating to the storage, handling and use of hazardous materials, as well as air quality and wastewater pretreatment standards, and emergency response requirements. As a former regulatory agent, Jeff has developed numerous regulatory guidelines, served on several hazardous material subcommittees and actively participated on various code rewrite committees. As an Integrated Engineering Services consultant, Jeff has primarily been involved in the design of hazardous material transport systems, solvent dispense and waste collection systems, toxic gas installations, wastewater treatment and exhaust abatement systems.

Senior Technical Support Specialist, BIOVIA

Mr. Billings has IT expertise in a variety of technical languages, platforms and concepts. He provides top-level support to ChemSW's enterprise class customers including on-site training and implementation services, as well as data migration and initial inventory project management. Bryan has performed as the project manager on the initial installation and inventory collection for a major petrochemical plant/refinery in which the final installation consisted of over 200 laboratories and approximately 13,000 initial container records. Bryan has enabled numerous organizations - from life sciences to consumer goods - to address a wide range of regulatory requirements, from ensuring fire code compliance of hazardous materials to accurate Tier II reporting to utilizing a GMP-enabled CISPro Global system.
