Performance Support “To Go”

Mobile technology is everywhere, but what does that mean exactly? You know workers have devices in hand, but how do you take advantage of them? And you certainly want to support your people even when they’re not tethered to a desktop, but how do you get started? Although mobile may feel like it’s too hard to tackle (with its different platforms and multiple form factors), people are finding real value in this developing opportunity. Here’s a hint: M-learning is not about courses on a phone.

Performance support is mobile’s natural niche, and your organization should start taking advantage of it. In this session, you’ll begin to understand the fundamental change that is “mobile,” and what that means to the employee and the organization. You’ll also explore the different ways mobile goes “beyond the course,” as a prelude to considering what’s involved in getting started. Finally, you’ll delve into the organizational issues and uncover answers to your questions. Mobilize your performers!
