How effective is the e-learning or live virtual class that you design and deliver? How much of the learning content do participants apply to their jobs? This webinar will share the latest research and best practices for e-learning and live virtual (“webinar”) training, discussing what works and what doesn’t, to support transfer of learning to the job. Based on Barbara’s new book Making E-Learning Stick, this webinar will present you with several techniques you can begin using right away with new or existing e-learning on any topic.

  • Implement at least 3-5 techniques for increasing transfer of skills in your current e-learning and/or live virtual training programs.
  • Implement at least 3-5 techniques for increasing transfer of skills in future e-learning and/or live virtual training.
