Nisha Abraham (she, her) has more than 15 years of combined industry, research, and higher education experience, and before joining Engageli, she worked as the assistant director of the Sanger Learning Center at The University of Texas at Austin. She specializes in instructional design, training, and facilitation and has served as an adjunct faculty member at South University. She received a BS in cell and molecular biology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007, an MS in biology from Texas A&M University in 2012, and an MA in STEM education from The University of Texas at Austin in 2019.

Kimberly Kilby

Former Director of Curriculum for Professional Development, for a Major Insurance Company

Kimberly Kilby recently retired as the director of curriculum for professional development at a major insurance company. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the learning and development space. Her experience ranges from instructional design, e-learning design and development, and in-person and virtual facilitation to curriculum management and coaching. Kim’s primary focus is around helping managers and employees continue their personal development journey so they can be the best version of themselves. Kim holds the CPLP credential, numerous coaching and facilitation certifications, and a BA from St Leo University.
