The federal government is facing significant concerns in identifying, developing, and managing talent. The system was originally designed for a 20th-century workforce characterized by long-term employment, paper-based solutions, and associated bureaucracy speed. However, today’s pace of change, complex problems facing the nation, and the need for deep talent and skills require a new approach to the entire learning and development process for the public sector.

Join us in a discussion with a team of national experts who will dive deep into how to design and create the government talent management ecosystem to modernize managing talent in support of the American people’s work.
