Esther Jackson is a people potential accelerator who has tapped into the fast and furious drive to adaptability. She is an author, national speaker, college instructor, instructional designer, and coach. Esther has done work in training and development, DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion), human resources, leadership and project management. Her unique presentation topics target the needs and pain points leaders and individual contributors are experiencing today. Her work has opened doors for her to receive invites to do conference presentations, workshops, courses, podcasts and interviews. She also serves in a volunteer role as a National Advisor for Chapters with the Association for Talent Development to assist chapter leaders across the country.
