An Atlanta native, Chip began fixing computers for local businesses while studying computer science at Georgia Tech. After 10 years of building a successful IT services firm in Atlanta, he cofounded Computer Troubleshooters, which became the world’s largest IT service franchise, receiving multiple awards from Entrepreneur magazine, Franchise Business Review, and AllBusiness.com.

Localization Manager, Bigger Brains

Melanie Haeri is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in law and localization services. Trained as a lawyer in Colombia with an emphasis on business law, she developed an interest in the intersection of AI and the law during her studies at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies.

Melanie currently manages Bigger Brains’ dubbing, captioning, and translation departments, overseeing the critical task of adapting training courses to various languages and cultures. With three years of experience in the field, she has successfully utilized AI, specifically ChatGPT, to streamline and enhance translation and localization processes.
