Minerva Thai (she/her) is a lifelong learner currently donning the cross-functional role of senior product marketing manager at WorkRamp where she collaborates with L&D professionals on best practices and focuses on centering people at the heart of learning. She seeks the thrill of thinking about and creatively solving big problems through data and gathering interdisciplinary perspectives. Her work has been recognized with multiple corporate awards throughout her career and shared in main stage presentations at various conferences. Minerva is always in the middle of several books, listens to podcasts at 2x speed, attempts to cook everything from scratch, and regularly wrangles two big dogs.


Acey Blanco
Acey Blanco

Acey Blanco serves as the director of learning and development at Opya, an organization based in San Mateo, California, which specializes in in-home, early intervention applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children aged 18 months to six-years old. Acey is proud to be publicly educated, having attended American River College in Sacramento, California, and the University of California, Davis, where he earned an AA and BA, respectively. In addition, Acey holds several certifications from ATD, which has supported his professional career in the learning and development industry and influenced his perspective on how to better implement learning strategies to drive optimal outcomes for organizations and empower teams to achieve more.
