Christopher Leady is a dynamic and strategic HR executive with more than 25 years of experience with leading global talent management, leadership, executive assessment, coaching, employee engagement, organizational development, learning, culture, and diversity. Christopher’s impact and accomplishments span across multiple Fortune 500 companies in industries including financial services, consumer products, healthcare, and chemical coatings. He has lectured as a keynote speaker on topics related to global learning strategies, high potential talent development, DEI, and culture transformation.  


Katie Lackey
Katie Lackey

VP of Learning & Leadership Development, Honeywell

Katie Lackey is the vice president of learning and leadership development for Honeywell. She is responsible for leading the end-to-end learning strategy and central resources to enable a cohesive learning experience for Honeywell employees across the globe. Katie joined Honeywell in 2020. Prior to joining Honeywell, she worked in talent management at Bank of America and was a partner in an innovation consulting firm where she led the learning and leadership development division, Frontier Academy.

She has experience in recruiting, business development, leadership and development, and scaling businesses and has been a partner of two fast-paced start-ups. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University and an executive certification in polarity management from Georgetown, Institute of Transformational Leadership. Katie is originally from Richmond, Virginia, and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. She’s married with two children and a friendly black lab named Sam.
