This session will unpack the three “-ing” pillars of inclusive leadership: continuing to learn, modeling new ways of being, and storytelling your journey. Grassroots DEI efforts are critical, but we know that leaders are the drivers of behavior and culture within any organization. In this session, learn how to pivot away from the “DEI checklist” to bring DEI front and center in your leadership competencies. Discover best (and worst!) practices and resources where leaders can continue to develop their DEI capacity.

During this webinar, you will learn how to:

  • Take control of your own education.
  • Seize opportunities to model humility, vulnerability, and accountability.
  • Define your passion and drive around DEI and own your personal story.
