Career development and growth has always been an important part of the relationship between employees, managers, and the organizations they serve. In a dynamic employment environment, opportunities for growth are top of mind for employees seeking career opportunities.

Organizations can respond to their own need to maintain a highly skilled workforce and to their employees’ desire for growth by offering continuing education benefits. Specifically, employers can provide financial and other support to employees who are pursuing formal, external programs leading to a degree, credential, or certificate.

To better understand the landscape of employer-sponsored continuing education, this webinar will investigate key questions around support for continuing education, provide benchmarking data, and highlight best practices.
