Since ATD last looked at skills gaps in 2018, organizations and their talent development teams have faced enormous and complex challenges and changes. This webinar focuses on what talent development professionals in ATD’s survey say about current and future skills gaps in their organizations and supplements that research with additional information pulled from news articles, reports, and other sources. We will also look at recommendations for closing skills gaps from ATD’s public policy committee. The goal is to help talent development professionals locate critical skills gaps and provide a road map for closing those gaps strategically.
