Most leaders understand that truly living organizational values is an important element of a high-performance culture. For this reason, 90 percent of organizations have defined a set of organizational values. Unfortunately, our research shows that while many organizations publish their values on their website or on signs around the office, the values are not prevalent in daily life. A further complication is that most organizations have no idea whether the values resonate with employees.

Living a set of meaningful core values is fundamental to having a high-performance culture—a culture in which we achieve critical goals while having a great human experience of work. The fact that so many organizations fall short of the mark presents an incredible opportunity from a leadership and organizational development perspective.

During this webinar, we will ensure you walk away with:
• A deeper understanding of how important values are and the impact of not living them
• How you can use a data-driven approach to create a meaningful set of values that will resonate with employees
• How you can use a data-driven approach to ensure that your values are prevalent in daily life and all employees are living them out
