Do you wish that measuring occupational noise exposure was easier? Essential to preventing hearing loss and its contribution to accidents and injuries, monitoring noise can be difficult to understand and evaluate. This session will provide a refresher on basic occupational noise evaluation and focus on learning through discussion of experiences in the field.

Lucinette Alvarado, CIH

Lucinette Alvarado is an industrial hygienist certified by ABIH with approximately 14 years of experience in the chemical, manufacturing, steel, and pharmaceutical industries. She currently works as a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Technical Services Manager for SKC Inc. in Eighty Four, Pennsylvania. She holds a bachelor's degree in general science from the University of Puerto Rico Río Piedras Campus and a master's degree in sciences of industrial hygiene from the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus. She is currently a board member of the AIHA.  


Andy Bragg
Andy Bragg

Director of Customer Service, SKC Inc.

Andy Bragg has been in the industrial hygiene instrumentation field for 29 years. He has technical sales and management experience both in distribution and manufacturing. He has been with SKC for four years and is currently the Director of Customer Service and the Technical Sales Representative for the Southeast. Andy has his COHC certification from the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC).
