A world-renowned speaker, AMA facilitator, consultant, and trainer, Ann M. Evanston has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of influence, personal power, and inspired leadership, and she is the founder of three organizations still running today. Ann has traveled nationally for more than 20 years, delivering workshops and keynotes on building your influential voice, women’s empowerment, the art of facilitating, and true leadership. In 2001, she had the honor of presenting “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff” by Richard Carlson across the United States. With a passion for speaking that was ignited in the seventh grade when she participated in Toastmasters, she is now working with groups ranging from 20 to 5,000 people. She has spoken on stages with the Reverend Jesse Jackson, Richard Carlson, Tory Johnson, and Loral Langemeier, to name a few.

Ann is a published author of The Influence Factor: The Journey to Discovering Your Influential Voice and co-authored The Power of Leadership Producing Results (February 2009) and The Power of Leadership in Business Networking (August 2009). Her bestselling collaborations, The Self-Love Evolution: Unscripted Stories, were all managed via social media.

Lauren McNally is the director of the American Management Association’s Women’s Leadership Center (WLC), leading content, membership, events, and corporate initiatives. She is energized by supporting organizations that are working to develop women for future advancement through community and meaningful education. Lauren speaks on topics for women and diversity and inclusion through WLC, Training.com, HR.com. and ATD conferences and virtual events. Prior to coming to AMA, Lauren led marketing efforts for the National Association of Professional Women and Professional Diversity Network.
