This webinar, featuring infectious disease specialists, medical doctors and a corporate medical advisor, will educate on an important, but often overlooked, infection control measure that’s well-established in hospitals and clinically proven to reduce infection rates: sanitizing the nose.

Learning objectives for this webinar include:

  • Infection risk awareness: Improve industrial hygienists’ awareness of infection risk, including the interaction between bacterial and viral infections
  • The role of the nose in infection prevention and control: Advance industrial hygienists’ working knowledge of infection prevention and control strategies related to the nose
  • Nasal decolonization evidence and recommendations: Increase awareness of the current evidence, recommendations, approaches and real-world examples of nasal decolonization
  • Workplace safety applications: Understand the application of nasal decolonization / sanitizing the nose in workplace safety and employee wellness programs
