Our world is becoming increasingly complex, issuing a clarion call for new leadership capabilities and mindsets. The pervasive impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted how ill-prepared our organizations and leaders are for the increased systemic risk of our globally connected world. Conventional thinking suggests we simplify complexity, but that is impossible and problematic. Approaching leadership through the lens of simplification flies in the face of research that points to complexity being a sign of maturity in natural systems.

What if instead of fearing complexity we danced with it? Whether you are an adaptive, resilient, or transformative leader, join Yvette Montero Salvatico to learn how you can leverage the tools of a futurist to develop a complex problem-solving mindset, a requirement for success in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

During this webcast, you will learn how to:

  • Lead with resilience, adaptation, and transformation.
  • Add futurist complex problem-solving traits to your toolkit immediately.
  • Reframe your relationship with complexity as friend not foe.
