Senior Manager of Global Leadership Development, Cox Automotive Inc.

Stephanie Lambers is the senior manager of global leadership development at Cox Automotive. Her main focuses include the OnRamp program (millennial talent development), leadership development, and mentor marketplace. She and her team develop new workforce solutions and use technology to keep development programming fresh, interactive, and accessible, ensuring Cox prepares people for future roles. Prior to her current role, Lambers was a senior trainer of initiatives, where she led many projects for the Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book sales and leadership teams.

Before working at Cox Automotive, Lambers was a human resource and training consultant with Atwell-Hicks, a civil engineering company. In this role, she led company-wide training initiatives in more than eight locations across the United States and created a four-tiered leadership development program from conception to completion. Lambers brings more than 18 years of training and leadership development experience to the table. She graduated with a bachelor’s in business management and earned her master’s in human resources and organizational development from Eastern Michigan University. She is an active member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and has certifications from Dale Carnegie, FranklinCovey, and other organizations.
