As CEO of Qstream, Rich Lanchantin is responsible for running all facets of the business. He brings a proven management track record and more than 30 years of experience driving customer success and sales growth in the life sciences and software industries. Prior to joining Qstream, Lanchantin was senior director of global sales, consulting, and customer success for Abbott Diagnostics’s Informatics division, with responsibility for all commercial sales and services worldwide. He also served as global director of consulting and customer success with Thermo Fisher Scientific. Earlier career tenure includes sales leadership positions at Rational Software and Lotus Development, now part of IBM. Lanchantin holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and a master’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany.

Client Services Manager, Qstream

Lauren leads Qstream’s client services team who is responsible for setting up enterprise customers for success. The team works in partnership with customers to design, roll out, and analyze microlearning programs that help them build high-performance teams and meet business goals. Prior to Qstream, Lauren held senior customer success roles at Brainshark and Thomson Reuters. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emerson College focused on film, cinema, and video studies. Lauren adds three Telly Awards to her accolades for a documentary she produced and directed for the Make a Wish Foundation.
