Mike Tripp is a learning consultant and facilitator who has cultivated a 30-year career in mental healthcare and wellness in both government and private sectors. Having spent the last 20 years focusing on talent development, he is a champion of learner-centric content development, placing learner need at the center of a learning event. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University, where he received degrees in communication and organizational communication. He is also certified in professional coaching, mental health first aid facilitation, and ASIST suicide intervention facilitation. He also specializes in facilitating motivational interviewing and cultural competence.
