Sue Kaiden is the Career Development Community of Practice manager at ATD. She has more than 20 years of experience improving performance in the healthcare, IT, and nonprofit sectors, and 10 years of experience as a career coach. In 2003, in response to community need, Sue founded GetWorks, a job search support group for unemployed and underemployed people in the Greater Philadelphia area. Through this program and her coaching practice, she has helped thousands of people find meaningful work.

In August 2014, Sue joined ATD to oversee its Career Development Community of Practice, which includes managing the ATD Job Bank. She holds an MBA from Cornell University and is the author of the June 2015 TD at Work, “Keeping Your Career on Track” and the editor of Find Your Fit: A Practical Guide for Landing a Job You'll Love.
