Working in the localization industry since 2010, James Davidson is the executive director of U.S. Sales and a member of CSOFT’s Global Operations & Quality Delivery Committee. With a steady focus on strategic partnerships, client support, and aggressive growth, James spearheads all new sales initiatives in the United States. His areas of expertise include e-learning and technical documentation. James is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, studied Spanish and Arabic, and holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies.

Martin Balaguer

Co-Director US Operations, CSOFT International

Working in the localization industry since 2011, Martin Balaguer started his career as a freelance Spanish translator in Buenos Aires until he moved to New York City and worked for multiple translation companies. Having operated as a linguist, project manager, account manager, and sales manager, he is now co-director of U.S. Operations at CSOFT International. Martin leverages his experience to help companies realize massive cost savings through the centralization, standardization, and the implementation of scalable processes.
