Microlearning is a hot topic in talent development today; however, there has been much confusion over what actually constitutes microlearning. While many agree that microlearning is delivered in bite-sized chunks, further details vary. In this webcast, we’ll discuss the ideal and maximum time microlearning lasts, to provide clarity. You’ll also learn about recommendations for creating and delivering microlearning.

The data presented in this webcast are drawn from the forthcoming ATD research report, Microlearning: Delivering Bite-Sized Knowledge, which will be available at www.td.org/microlearning in March 2017.

In this webcast, you will learn about:

  • the microlearning delivery methods organizations use
  • the effectiveness of microlearning delivery methods
  • the top barriers to effective learning
  • which elements organizations integrate into microlearning activities.
