Bob Anderson is a U.S. Army combat veteran, collegiate hall-of-fame athlete in two sports, former high school principal, and a bilingual presenter, instructor, and certified assessor on the assessment and skill development of emotional intelligence. Bob’s recent events include training the instructors and team leaders at the U.S. Naval Warfare Center in Coronado, California; delivering half-day leader development workshops to area CEOs in Ottawa, Toronto, Boston, Seattle, and Lima, Peru; and delivering keynotes at a myriad of colleges and universities nationwide. His teams at Leading Challenges and 1Hero Sports have assessed and conducted skill development training with more than 20,000 prospective leaders and more than 8,000 C-suite leaders. Bob has a master’s in education from Harvard.
