Dr. Laura Reza is the Performance Development Manager in the Center for Learning Excellence at University Health System(UHS). UHS is a six-time ATD Best award winner and three-time Learning Elite award winner. Her area of responsibilities include UHS’s onboarding program, leadership development and eLearning. She has more than 18 years of learning and development experience. She has worked in K-12, higher education and healthcare. She teaches Intro to Education online. She holds an Education Doctorate from the University of Texas at El Paso.
Jonathan Ellis is a Senior Training Specialist with the Center for Learning Excellence at University Health System. UHS is a six-time ATD Best award winner and three-time Learning Elite award winner. He is the lead facilitator of UHS’s onboarding program and was a key contributor in its development. He has more than 10 years of learning and development experience and has taught a wide array of training programs throughout his career. A gifted facilitator, he specializes in engaging and inspiring the learner while making difficult concepts easy to understand. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
