When learners often take the path of least resistance in an e-learning course, how do you motivate the learner while still doing the serious work of instruction? In this webcast, Ethan Edwards will explore the importance of motivation in e-learning design. He’ll present rules to create motivating e-learning, illustrated through several corporate e-learning courses.

During this webcast, you will:

  • Analyze the importance of motivation in an e-learning design framework.
  • Apply six rules for creating motivating e-learning solutions.
  • Examine design considerations for content, scope, difficulty, judgment, leveling, content placement, and user control.
