Join ATD Certification Institute staff Jennifer Naughton and Diane Daly for an overview of the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) program.

This webcast is intended for individuals trying to decide if the CPLP program aligns with their career goals and who want to learn more about the nuts and bolts of the CPLP certification program. The presenters will cover information about the CPLP program’s policies and the requirements—eligibility, the CPLP Knowledge Exam, the Work Product assessment, and recertification. The presenters will allow time for questions.

Jennifer Naughton

Senior Director, ATD

Jennifer Naughton is a talent development professional with more than 20 years of experience addressing a variety of human resource–related challenges. She is a senior director at ATD who oversees ATD’s Competency Model research and the CPLP certification program. Jennifer has a master’s degree in human resource development from the George Washington University. She is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources. 


Diane Daly
Diane Daly

Senior Project Manager, ATD

Diane has worked with ATD since October 2005. She has baccalaureate degrees in mathematics and economics. The CPLP program is the third credentialing program that Diane has managed, and she has worked in the credentialing field for 25 years. For the CPLP program, Diane manages program infrastructure, including the candidate database system, revenue, statistical analyses, metrics, groups, and international candidates. She is also the business intelligence adviser for the program.
