His task was to implement a world-class customer, partner, and employee learning management system with a budget that only allowed him a team of two people. Since that time, it has grown to more than 20,000 students, with more than 100 courses containing more than 250 multimedia modules. During this webcast, Bill will share best practices for scaling an effective training program with limited resources.

Matt Lee is the CEO and founder of Envisiontel, an e-learning technology and consulting company that specializes in solutions for delivering customer-facing training programs. Envisiontel products and services primarily focus on commerce solutions for monetizing online training and cloud-based apps for integrating student data with customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce.com. Matt graduated from Indiana University in 1992 and held several sales, marketing, and management positions in the technology industry prior to founding Envisiontel in 2004. Envisiontel is a certified Salesforce ISV partner and a Totara North American gold partner.

Learning Officer, Everbridge

Bill Scerra is the learning officer, worldwide best practices, for Everbridge. He joined Everbridge in 2012, and in two years helped create and oversee the growth of its learning management system, Everbridge University, to more than 20,000 users enrolled and 330,000 lessons viewed. 

Bill has more than 30 years of educational experience in corporate training, particularly for startups and medium-sized companies with limited training budgets and personnel resources. He has an MEd from Boston College, and is working on a PhD in educational technology at Walden University.
