Neville Pritchard (CFCIPD, FLPI, FCIB, CMICS) is a company chairman, performance consultant, coach, and mentor. Having worked in senior corporate HR roles at Legal & General, Abbey, and Barclays, he established and leads People in Flow Ltd. People in Flow works with global clients to transform organizational culture and levels of team performance. Neville recently established a second company, HR in Flow, which specializes in coaching and mentoring HR professionals who seek to shift the value of the contribution they make.

Neville is the current chairman of the ATD International Conference & Exposition Program Advisory Committee, a review committee member for the ATD BEST Awards, and a London Business School pre-approved executive coach. He supports the local UK CIPD branch Learning Matters group and is a CIPD mentor. He was previously chair of the Financial Services Skills Council Major Employer Forum, a member of the Reed Learning Advisory Board, and a faculty board member of the Institute of Financial Services.

Wei Wang is the director of International Relations for the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD).

Wei holds a PhD in Human Resource Development from The Pennsylvania State University, and a master's in Management from Nankai University in China. She is also a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
