Susie Sylvester is CEO of Dev Technology Group, an IT services company delivering mission
critical systems that protect and serve American Citizens. Susie co-founded the company in 1998
and leads the corporation focusing on the mission to exceed client expectations through
partnership, a commitment to teamwork, collaboration and valuing its employees. Susie
possesses 20 years of management experience including specialization in Human Resources as a
former HR Director for growing IT companies and a Consultant for small businesses. This
strong managerial, consulting, and HR experience provides the basis for Dev Technology’s best
practices and its passion for teamwork. Susie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of
Michigan.
Dev Technology is an active ACT IAC member and an advocate for government and industry
collaboration. Dev Technology supports and participates in ACT IAC Professional Development
Programs. Susie Sylvester is currently the Industry Head Coach for the Associates Program and a
member of the Professional Development Committee.
