With 12 years in the world of Higher Education, where she focused on continuing adult learners and serving underrepresented populations in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), Leah made a career leap to C Space and now heads up Learning and Development across our Boston, San Francisco and New York offices.

Leah is passionate about building a true culture of learning at C Space. In her first year with us she reinvigorated new employee orientation, set up a Speaker Series to bring inspiring outside perspectives to C Spacers and launched a new Learning Management System. She’s also passionate about building a more diverse and inclusive business and co-founded the C Space Allies Group.
