Joe Dusing is responsible for driving business results by leading a team of over 70 L&D professionals that support 3,000 internal employees and over 16,000 external clients . He partners with executive leadership to guide learning strategies through Client Training, Operations Training, Product Training and Inside and Outside Sales Training. Each team is comprised of learning design and learning delivery professionals. These learning strategies help guide execution of business strategies and drive positive business results.
