Ashley leads partnerships with some of Coursera’s largest strategic employers, primarily focused on upskilling and reskilling employees. She is responsible for setting the strategy, executing growth plans and driving adoption to ensure Coursera helps achieve the talent objectives of the organization. Prior to joining Coursera, Ashley has been in various sales roles at Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner), Salesforce and SkillSoft. She lives in the SF Bay Area with her partner, 3 rowdy kids and new puppy.
