Dayna Williams leads the sales enablement content strategy for ATD which includes the SELL conference program. She has worked with CEOs, CROs, and Sales Enablement Leaders for 20 years. While most of these conversations began about training, she took the opportunity to dig for root cause issues. She identified several patterns and trends that seemed to cut across industries, all of which were impacting revenue. Dayna documented those insights in her new book, The Diligence Fix. Now she helps CEOs/CROs use strategic messaging as a new, powerful lever to drive their GTM plans. Dayna previously co-authored Sink or Shine: Attract Clients and Talent with the Brightness of Your Mission with a former head of Aflac’s west-coast sales.
