Basia is a Product Marketing Lead at Inkling, focused on technology that empowers the deskless workforce. Prior to Inkling, Basia worked at Zendesk where she brought to market several Training offerings and launched Zendesk’s first-ever Certification program. She started her career at Cisco Systems and received a B.S. in Marketing with a Business and Technology emphasis from Santa Clara University.
